Happy Alley Mini Museum is an idea born from the imagination of a local resident who wanted to create a unique and interactive destination in State College that celebrates the local community's cultural heritage and collective creativity. Happy Alley aims to feature a rotating collection of pocket-sized art, artifacts, and curiosities that showcase the diverse stories of State College and its residents as well as brighten the public space with explosive color, whimsical imagery, and fascinating displays of art.
